Junior Business Analyst – Help Desk Applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a point of contact to support users/internal customers reporting issues, or requesting information on IT applications
  • Identify and diagnose issues and problems
  • Categorize reported issues and provide solutions
  • Support problem identification
  • Monitor issues from start to resolution
  • Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support providing detailed analysis of the issue and how to replicate it
  • Identify areas of improvement

Key Requirements

  • Educational background in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field
  • Negotiation, communication, and team working skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Strong interest in Information Technology
  • Knowledge of Atlassian-Jira would be considered as a plus
