We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with strong administrative skills to join our team in Regents Park.

About the Role:
This is a 12-month maternity leave cover, offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administrative, sales, and distribution support
  • Provide national monthly invoicing
  • Maintain the expected invoicing schedule
  • Create. review and manage client files in both our accounting system and CRM
  • Support the Sales team with lead generation activities

What You’ll Bring:

  • A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • SAP experience is highly regarded
