PPM, Reactive & Modernization/Upgrade Call Completion. OOH Rota Duty.
To Provide Customer & Colleague Technical Support & Product Modernization Recommendations.
To Complete Door Safety Checks & Investigate Door Incidents & Customer Complaints.
To Offer A Flexible Approach To Working Hours.
To Provide On Site Customer Support To EQS Customers.
To Adhere To Company Processes & Procedures & Highlight Improvement Opportunities.
To Deliver Customer Service & Maintain QHSE Compliance At All Times.
To Be A Team Player. Tablet/Paperwork, Stock, Vehicle, Uniform & PPE Management & Maintenance.
To Comply With All Customer Specific On Site Arrival/Pre-Work/Working/Departure Processes & Procedures. To Complete Mandatory Box Tests After All Calls.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: BS7036/EN16005
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous knowledge and experience of working on automatic doors is highly desirable.
SKILLS / LANGUAGES REQUIRED: English & other qualifications – Full current driving licence. CSCS Card
