Key Accountabilities:

  • Log client reactive, planned and quoted work orders immediately upon receipt
  • Allocate work orders to engineers § Effectively communicate with the engineers to ensure all work orders allocated are attended and completed within the relevant client requirements
  • Proactively manage the return of engineers work order updates and accurately input these updates into the DSS database
  • Regularly update the client web-based system as required by the client
  • Prepare estimates for review by the Service Manager
  • Prepare purchase orders for review by the Service Manager
  • Prepare parts requisitions for review by the Service Manager
  • Audit and invoice completed work orders
  • Update asset registers and client systems following pre-planned maintenance visits or installations
  • Create work requests for remedial works following pre-planned maintenance visits
  • Creation of reports as requested by the Service Manager
  • Assisting colleagues where required
