Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for identifying the sales opportunities, management of sales operations and customer retention in respective Locations in India. To implement innovative initiatives, to attain and exceed overall revenue and sales goals, implement marketing strategies and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the MAI's sales objectives in the Respective Region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company

Engage with the Key Security System Integrators, Consultants and focused End Customers

Budgetary Offer Preparation and submissions to the Prospective Clients

Attending Customer Meetings and Technical Presentations

Build and maintain extremely Good Business Relationship with them.

Identify and develop new markets and Market Segments

Research competitor's sales team activities and Report to the Management.

Regular updating of the Customer Meeting details, New Business Opportunity, Offers etc in the CRM

Regular weekly MIS Reporting on Sales / Customer Visits / New Opportunity / Competition from the South Region.

Coordinates sales operations through Customer Support Department of the Company.

Network with government /industry leaders & build relationships to facilitate expanded sales opportunities

Responsible for all Accounts Receivables in South India. Monitors A/R aging on a proactive basis coordinates with Credit and Accounts Receivable Manager.

Responsible for setting up and maintaining the Prospective SI / Consultant / Potential End customer / Trained Engineers Database

Responsible for setting up and maintaining installation data base of Products in Respective Locations

Assisting the Service Manager for identifying the Service Channel Partners in Respective locations and promotion of them in the Regions
